When I first started training with Annie I wanted to lose weight and feel stronger. Her vibrant personality and extensive knowledge about fitness were just what I needed! Every week she designed me challenging programs that I could easily follow on my own. She introduced me to kettle bells, trx training, plyometrics and of course, my favorite weight lifting! When we trained together she always made it fun and encouraged me when I thought I wasn’t capable – just one more, ok two more! She is tough but gets you the results you want. She helped me realize how strong and capable I really am and I quickly realized I wanted to keep working with her! I lost over 30 pounds in 8 months and now feel strong and confident!
